The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the fort with a lovely rooftop restaurant offering fort views. The rooms, although noisy due to outside disturbances, were suitable for a few hours before the safari. The service was friendly and helpful, assisting with various needs without being pushy. The dining experience, with slow service one morning, still provided a nice view of the fort. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience with minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the Shahi Palace Hotel in Jaisalmer. The rooms were very nice, and I even got a free upgrade to a ground floor room near the entrance. The service was a bit pushy about selling tours, but the location was perfect for exploring, offering great views of the fort. The dining experience was excellent, although a bit slow one morning.
